What does the business coaching process look like?

The business coaching process starts by defining your personal goals and objectives and then we define your goals for the business. Your business is there to serve you and not the other way around and that is why we start with your personal objectives – there needs to be alignment between both sets of goals. Through this, we will have an idea of where we are trying to get to through business coaching – keep our eye on the prize!

The next step is to understand where your business is today and this involves a business assessment that will indicate where the gaps are in your business, categorized into the buckets in the GROWth Formula (i.e. strategy, operations, execution, leadership, and your team).

Once we know where you want to get to and where you are currently, I will help you develop a strategy to bridge that gap. We don’t stop there, however.  Strategy is useless without execution and execution is aimless without strategy, as the saying goes. Therefore I will help you and your team prioritize a list of objectives as well as an action plan to achieve these objectives. This takes place in a full-day workshop with you and your leadership team every 3 months and kicks off the strategic execution cycle.
